Application or Renewal of Health License in Respect of Food Business Operation – Ministry of Health and Medical Services

Service Description

This e-service allows companies or businesses to apply for Application of Health License and/or Renewal of Health License in respect of Food Business Operation with the MHMS.

Compliance with Fiji’s Laws and Regulations

Investors or entrepreneurs who intend to start a business in Fiji are required to ensure that their business branches are certified and meets regulatory health requirements.

How To Get Started?
  1. Proceed to the Fiji Revenue and Customs Services (FRCS) TPOS to register for a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
  2. Once you submit the application, two separate emails with your login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided; one with the User ID created during the sign up and another with a temporary password, which would be used for your first-time login to TPOS.
  3. When you log in to the portal for the first time using the temporary password, you will be asked to change your password. You will not be able to proceed without changing your password.
  4. Once the password has been changed, new taxpayers would have to apply for a TIN in order to be able to access any other service available on the portal.
  5. For Existing taxpayer, One Time Login Code (OTLC) must be requested to FRCS by the user via email on info@frcs.org.fj prior to signing up.
