Processing Of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
In compliance with Environment Management Act 2005 and the EIA Regulations 2007, all development proposals with the potential for environmental impacts are to be submitted to the Department of Environment for review and approval.
This step can be done concurrently with Step 1.

30 days: Scoping exercise and preparation of Terms of Reference
28 days: EIA Review upon submission of EIA report
7 working days: EIA decision
7 working days: Notification of EIA Decision to Customer
* Concurrent with Application for Approval to Develop (Step 1) and New Water and Wastewater Connection (Step 3)
