Settlement Of The Property And Registration
To allow the exchange of money and transfer of ownership to the purchaser. The applicant will need to submit the supporting documents to the Office of the Registrar of Titles.
Supporting Documents:
1. Duplicate Title and Leases
2. Certified True copy of the Title
3. Executed Transfer Document
4. Capital Gains Tax Certificate
5. ID of the transferee
6. Original Probate/Letters of Administrations with copies
7. Copy of Sale and Purchase Agreement
8. Deed of Renunciation/Deed of Gift
Output: Transfer of property is registered.
