To get full details of the property prior to the conveyance process, an applicant will need to conduct a title search. This can be done either:

1. At the Office of the Registrar of Titles
2. At any Births, Deaths, and Marriages Office

Once notified by the Registrar of Titles Office, the applicant will need to collect the original search copies and make the necessary payments at the office advised by the Titles Office.

Please note the original copy is not issued, a certified true copy is issued. Payments are to be made at the Titles Office or the District Office, wherever the search is collected from.
